There has been a lot of research done on finding a cure for genital warts. Unfortunately, it has only been found that there are treatments to get rid of genital warts but not yet a cure. The genital warts are caused by the Human Papilloma Virus. There are about hundred strains of the similar virus and about only thirty of the HPV strains cause genital warts. Although there has been ongoing research in finding a cure for genital warts, most organizations are looking for donations and funding from institutions to continue further research.

There are about 30,000 cases of genital warts every year in UK and it is known as being the most common sexually transmitted disease. Therefore finding a cure for genital warts otherwise the HPV infection is quite imperative. One of the best things that can be done to further the find a cure for genital warts is through donation. There are several thousands of different organizations situated all around the globe that specialize in genital warts and working towards finding a cure. Most organizations need funding either from the government or generous donations from people to fuel the research on.

Donations needn’t have to be large in sum; several small donations from people will help the cause. Further on participating in activities as such as in sponsoring with organizations that help in the funding a cure for genital warts can as well be very supportive.

It is through research work that there have been several treatments that are available that help get rid of genital warts. Some of the methods that treat genital warts are cryotherapy, electrocautry, laser treatments and even surgery. There are also many home cure treatments for genital wart and over the counter medical creams that eliminate genital warts. Although constantly ongoing research is working towards helping to find a cure for genital warts, but these organizations are in need of funding and donations to keep it going. Most large companies and organization do fund and donate a sum of money for research into finding a cure for genital wart but since there are many diseases that still need research, most funds can be spread out. Therefore donation from people always helps generating a cure for genital warts research further on.

With millions of HPV genital wart cases around the world, it is crucial to find a cure for genital warts. Hopefully in time, more research on genital warts and human papilloma virus infections will help find a cure for this sexually transmitted infection.
